Baker has joined 2Heads with the remit to lead global growth and responsibility for the marketing, sales, strategy and creative services teams.

Prior to FreemanXP, which she only joined in August 2014, Baker was commercial director at CWT Meetings & Events where she led teams across marketing, sales, account management, supplier management and live event operations over three successive years. She has also worked with George P Johnson and is VP of education for MPI UK & Ireland.

Buckinghamshire-based 2Heads has undergone rapid expansion in recent years and Baker’s appointment is the latest in a series of additions to the agency’s senior leadership team, including that of Olivier Vallée as managing director.

Vallée said: "Our clients look to 2Heads for insightful strategic advice and immersive creative solutions. They constantly expect us to challenge the norm and bring fresh thinking to their brand communication programmes. As we embark in the next chapter of our evolution, and to support our continued growth, we wanted someone able to bring together sales, strategy and creative to deliver insight-led solutions for our clients and to the wider market.

"Jane has been involved in and led many successful brand experiences and brings a proven ability to build successful teams. Her knowledge will enable us to expand and develop our talent and approach whilst we continue to deliver integrated, strategic solutions for our clients."

Baker added: "2Heads has an exceptional reputation amongst its clients and in the industry generally for innovative creative and consistent service levels. I’m thrilled to be joining such a talented team at such an exciting time as we continue our global expansion."
