The Mövenpick Hotel & Palais Des Congrès will have 501 rooms and will be linked to a major congress centre. The hotel building and congress centre will undergo an extensive renovation and expansion programme before opening under the Mövenpick label. The hotel is located a 15 minute walk from the centre of Marrakech and a 15 minute drive from Marrakech Menara Airport.

A dedicated entrance will connect the hotel to Morocco’s largest convention centre, the Palais des Congrès, which will also be operated by Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. It includes flexible function space of 5,600sqm, exhibition floor space of 2,700sqm, two auditoriums and outdoor event areas.

The hotel will include family, business and executive rooms, as well as additional suites housed in a newly-built wing. Leisure facilities will include a spa, gym, and swimming pool. There will also be seven dining and entertainment venues, including a signature Moroccan restaurant and nightclub.
