The trade show’s current home is a combination of the West and Central halls at Olympia, but Centaur’s event director Steve Knight said the show had outgrown the space.

The Grand Hall has a total exhibition space of 14,355sqm and a maximum capacity of 10,000 people, while the West Hall has 7,688sqm of space spread over two floors and can hold 2,500 people.

Knight said: "As the UK's only truly international event for the meetings industry, we are going from strength to strength and seeing tremendous support from across the whole of the industry, including a significant rise in exhibitors from both the domestic and international sides of the market.

"To accommodate future growth we are moving into Olympia's Grand Hall for 2016, where the increased space will give us opportunities to develop the show in a host of new ways that will be of benefit to both exhibitors and visitors."

This year's The Meetings Show will take place at Olympia from 7-9 July and has formed a new partnership with the Sustainable Events Summit which takes place the day before at at QEII.
