The 242-room, 65-storey tower hotel will face onto the Red Sea and will be operated in partnership with Assila Investments. Shangri-La will also take on the management of the 122 residences in the tower.
It will feature a three-storey grand ballroom, three restaurants, a luxury spa and fitness area, a swimming pool and several lounges. The hotel is planned to open in 2018.
