ISES to host first Global Summit in Scotland

ISES has announced plans to host its first ever Global Summit for the events industry in Scotland in April 2016.

The summit is being launched in partnership with VisitScotland Business Events and IMEX, and will include a major VIP hosted group attending next year’s IMEX Frankfurt before heading on to Scotland for three days of debate and networking. 

Attendees at the summit will be senior level event industry professionals from corporate companies, agencies, incentives and sports disciplines from the USA, Canada, Europe and the UK.

Kevin White CSEP, international president of ISES, said: "This is the first time that an event such as this has taken place and we are grateful for the support of both VisitScotland and IMEX in helping us achieve this ambition. Scotland is a world-class destination for events and the perfect location to host such a respected group of industry professionals in 2016."

VisitScotland recently joined the Global Partner Program, connecting it with 5,000 ISES members worldwide. The country is also the host destination for the 2015 Meetings & Incentive Forum, which will take place in Edinburgh.
