IMEX 2015 kicked off on Tuesday and is to be the biggest show to date, featuring 3,500 exhibiting companies from more than 150 countries, including 55 new stands.

Day two of the show saw the Imex Run take place in the morning, part of the new health and wellbeing programme at the show, and a number of forums take place on topics including top tips for engaging millennials in meetings and a roundup of upcoming events education trends.

Post-show, C&IT attended the Imex Gala Dinner, the show's networking grand finalé where this year’s Imex Academy Awards and Industry Awards were presented. Attendees enjoyed a three-course meal before dancing the night away to a live band.
