Rocco Forte Events - the launch of which was celebrated at a Kitchen Party at Villa Kennedy, Frankfurt last night (Tuesday) attended by Sir Rocco himself - is designed to provide a consistent offering across the group's ten hotels, including Villa Kennedy and Browns Hotel, London.

Silver, Gold and Platinum packages will be personalised and tailored to clients' individual requirements with tiered benefits for meeting planners, as well as unique offerings for delegates throughout their stay, and will be available for bookings from 1 July 2015.

The Platinum package is all about rewarding high-fliers and treating delegates to a unique experience. A ‘Farewell Party’ on the final night of their stay will hosted in a presidential suite with unlimited Champagne and private photographer.

Inventive and unique team building activities are on offer at many of the properties, for example Brown’s Hotel offers an interactive Treasure Hunt across London, while at The Charles Hotel in Munich, delegates can ride with Bavarian Rikschas and then enjoy a trip on the Isar river on a private float.

At all hotels, groups can enjoy culinary team bonding activities such as cooking with the chef, chocolate-making and cocktail classes.

Groups can also choose from a range of options across four menu types including Rocco Forte Nourish, Rocco Forte Classics, Regional Recipes, or Restaurant Line, with recipes from the hotel’s individual in-house restaurant.

In addition, meeting planners are promised complimentary accommodation for site visits, simple contracts and cancellation policies and responses to your deadlines. The hotel teams are committed to making the process easy and enjoyable and assure a dedicated point of contact throughout.
