On Thursday (14 May), more than 200 industry professionals gathered at the O2 to celebrate the relaunch of its 700 capacity outdoor terrace at Building Six. On arrival guests enjoyed King Bloom jam jar cocktails courtesy of Peppermint Bars, before heading to a street food avenue on the terrace designed by Light Motif. There were three food stalls and an interactive light bulb feature in the middle of the bar that reacted to tweets referencing #IbizaDocks.
Harbour & Jones Events provided the catering which included a Brick Lane Curry stall and Mexican-themed stall, while This is Luma provided an interactive graffiti wall and the Yr Designer, which allowed guests to design and print their own Ibiza-style t-shirts and bags. Interactive Instagram technology was provided on the night by Social Playground and the evening also featured a set from one of LWE’s DJs.

On Wednesday evening (13 May), celebrities, sports personalities and event professionals gathered at the Haymarket Hotel, Piccadilly, to celebrate Paragon's new One Live Partner concept. England cricket legend Phil Tufnell, Sky Sports presenter Ed Chamberlin and Strictly Come Dancing's Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite joined a room of event professionals for the official unveiling. Founder and MD of Paragon Mike Martin addressed the audience before a Q&A with Sky Sports' Ed Chamberlin revealed the future plans for the agency. Lowe and professional dancer Ian Waite then performed a high-energy dance routine around the pool.
Also on Wednesday, Leading Hotels of the World hosted an Italian‘interactive travel experience’. Event professionals gathered at Carousel in London to enjoy the ‘sights, sounds and tastes’ of Italy and learn more about the group’s hotels while networking and enjoying drinks and nibbles.
