Hilton opens hotel at The Ageas Bowl Southampton

Hilton Hotels & Resorts has opened the 171-room Hilton at The Ageas Bowl Southampton.

The hotel overlooks The Ageas Bowl cricket ground and is situated close to both Southampton and Portsmouth city centres, with good transport links via train and bus and easy access to Southampton Airport and Southampton International Cruise Terminal.

The hotel has eight different meeting rooms and also hosts the largest ballroom in the region, which can hold up to 700 people in more than 1,500sqm of event space. There is also an executive lounge onsite and a 24-hour business centre with services to help guests stay connected.

There are a range of dining options available, including the Spa Café, the Lakeview Sports Bar and all-day dining restaurant Beefy's.

Other facilities include the UK’s first Hilton Eforea spa, which has eight treatment rooms, a spa pool, a salon and a nail bar. Guests can also use the hotel’s fitness room or the adjacent Hampshire Tennis Club, which has indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
