Innovision, which hired Mona Mohtadi in the role of operations director in April, will 'continue to build its creative production team' beyond the appointment of Ward.

Ward has five years of industry experience freelancing for agencies including WRG and Involve, and has worked with organisations including Net-A-Porter, Mars, eBay, Molson Coors and the BBC.

As content producer, she will be responsible for creating content that aligns with and enhances clients’ messages and business objectives, as well as contributing towards new business wins.

Peter Germond, production account director at innovision, said: "We are delighted to welcome Beth at what is an exciting time for innovision as we continue to build our creative production team. Her wide-ranging skillset will only serve to enhance the value we deliver to our clients and she will be instrumental in shaping our creative content development and audience engagement offering going forward."

Ward added: "When first meeting with innovision I felt it was an agency bursting with creativity and energy. I am thrilled to be joining such a talented team and I'm looking forward to working with them on some exciting new projects."
