DV8 won the contract after a three-way pitch process, delivering the overall communications, production, A/V and event delivery for the one-day private event.
Some 4,000 staff, their families, dealer partners and special guests attended the party, which featured a concert, funfair, urban street food, chill zone and children’s entertainment marquee. The music line up included Diversity, Andrea Faustini, Stereokicks, Fleur East and Pixie Lott, before a rooftop fireworks and laser display finalé.
Alex Beckett, DV8 director, said: "The team delivered a robust pre-event communications campaign which combined strong event design, content-rich online and digital platforms and face-to-face road show activity. We had 93% of employees register to attend and a phenomenal 96% attendance through the gate on the day – this is testament to how well the team engaged with the audience."
Designed as part of VWFS’ ambitious growth plans, the event was designed to recognise the contributions of their employees in their achievements to date.
