Following the success of this year’s event at St Regis Saadyat Island, the 2016 event, which will be held between 9 and 11 February, will keep the same format.

IBTM Arabia 2015 was the first all-inclusive five-star MICE event in the Middle East for international and regional suppliers and buyers.

Lois Wilcox, exhibition manager for IBTM Arabia, said: "Part of the success of this year was the location and the fact that buyers and sellers were together for the duration of the event experiencing the five-star service of Saadiyat Island. For 2016 we are delighted to confirm that we will be replicating this unique offering in the famous promenade of Abu Dhabi with views of the Arabian Gulf and Cityscape."

Facilities at the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers include fine dining, a health club and Talise Spa, and two levels of boutique shopping.

Wilcox said: "As a portfolio of events which is all about creating connections, we feel that this venue provides the perfect platform for the global and Arabian MICE community to come together and enjoy three days of business, education and networking."
