The 35-storey tower features 354 rooms, 278 deluxe rooms and 76 suites and serviced apartments, a choice of restaurants, fitness centre and spa.

The conference and events facilities comprise 11 function rooms ranging in capacity from ten to 80.

The property is situated on Sheikh Zayed Road a 30-minute drive from the Dubai International Airport, and adjacent to the metro station, which is connected to the new Dubai Tram.

It is also within easy reach of the TECOM business districts, and the world-famous Emirates Golf Club, as well as Dubai’s main shopping destinations.

The Pullman network now has close to 80 hotels in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Latin America and plans to have opened 150 by 2020. It is part of the Accor brand, which has a presence in 92 countries across the globe.
