The hotel's facilities will include a 'work zone', swimming pool and fitness centre. Food and drink options will include a bar, breakfast area and ‘living zone’.

Hilton also announced plans to open its third Hilton Garden Inn in Dubai, the 166-room Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Garhoud, in 2017. The hotel will be located in Al Garhoud, part of Dubai's original and historic district, and will feature a 24-hour business centre and complimentary wi-fi.
