C&IT unveils A List 2015

Having studied for a sports degree at university, it was the events module that interested Oscar the most. After a short stint managing events at his local council, he joined Sledge in 2012 to work across the agency's client base.

Boss says "Oscar has been involved in a wide range of projects including festivals, exhibitions, conferences and seminars working across a broad mix of industry sectors. He is dedicated to producing exceptional events and has a keen involvement in coming up with new and innovative ideas," says Sarah Yeats, client services director.

Best event I've worked on At Sledge, we run our own festival and because we can write our own brief there are no restrictions. Being involved from the very start of the process makes it a really enjoyable experience and I've learned a lot from it.

Most challenging moment In the middle of a conference, the island we were working on had a power surge and we lost full power and all of our equipment went down. We just had to manage to the best of our ability.

Dream event I'm a fan of Formula 1 so to be involved with the team travelling around the world would be incredible.

Alternative career I would like to own my a bar just south of London.

Goals before 40 I would love to have my own business and be my own boss, where I can have full creative direction.
