The events agency is named in The Times Top Employers for Women 2015 list, which is run in partnership with Opportunity Now, the workplace gender equality campaign from Business in the Community, alongside companies including Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group and the Post Office.

The company first received this recognition in 2012. Its latest inclusion follows the launch earlier this year by Fay Sharpe, Zibrant’s managing director, of Fast Forward 15, a new mentoring scheme for women in the event and hospitality industry.

Nigel Cooper, chairman of Zibrant said: "I’m delighted and proud that our staff and business have once again been recognised as a Times Top 50 Employer for Women.

"Zibrant is built upon a solid structure of equality and diversity and of course good people, which is defined by talent as opposed to positive discrimination. We run the business as a meritocracy recognising and rewarding our people based on individual merit and continue to invest heavily in structures and processes to reinforce this philosophy."
