C&IT unveils A List 2015

Tilly got into the industry three years ago when she first joined AOK Events, and has since worked her way up to event manager.

Boss says "Tilly has an innate ability to understand what her clients are looking to achieve," says Vicky Sloan, director of operations. "She works tirelessly using her skill and ability to ensure this happens, giving her clients peace of mind that their event will be a success."

Best event I've worked on A little festival I did for Microsoft in London's Hyde Park. We had a Mexican theme, a disco DJ and the whole place was lit up; it was pretty spectacular.

Most challenging moment Three years ago the directors and I did a charity walk from London to Brighton and it was a challenge balancing the training with running a three-day conference in London.

Dream event Overseeing a worldwide ski event, or the Winter Olympics.

Alternative career I'd probably work in commercial property; I've grown up with a family who work in that industry.

Goals before 40 I'd love to do some bigger, more global events.
