C&IT unveils A List 2015

Jennie started in events working for a training company before joining CWT in 2012, where she works in venue finding.

Boss says "Jennie applies a positive can-do attitude to everything she does and has been described by many of her colleagues as amazing, full of energy and proactive," says Liz Quinton, director of operations, UK & Ireland.

Best event I've worked on An event I ran at the Savoy, an awards ceremony in the ballroom for 350 people. Everything went really well and the delegates had a great time.

Most challenging moment Recently we implemented a new software system, Cvent, which was challenging because there was a transition between the old and the new system and we had to roll it out to the team and train everyone, while maintaining our high client standards.

Dream event The BAFTAs or Oscars because I'm a film buff.

Alternative career Working at Battersea Dogs Home as an animal behaviourist.

Goals before 40 To progress within CWT, probably to an operations manager role.
