C&IT unveils A List 2015

Ashleigh worked for ci events in both Sydney and Melbourne before moving to its London office in August 2014.

Boss says "Ash is known for going above and beyond in her quest to deliver the best possible service to her clients," says James Hampton, business leader. "Her drive and enthusiasm make her an exceptional event organiser and she ensures she leaves no stone unturned to deliver the Best event: possible."

Best event I've worked on I did a rewarding event for an automotive client last year - an incentive for 60 people. Delegates were split into teams to build bikes, which we then gave to a children's charity.

Most challenging moment We did a big awards ceremony for a software client recently where the budget was a big challenge, but with teamwork we managed to exceed expectations.

Dream event I'd love to be part of the theme team for Glastonbury.

Alternative career An environmental journalist for the Discovery Channel with lots of travelling.

Goals before 40 I'd like to move over into sales eventually and I want to be overseeing a team.
