Macchi will take responsibility for heading up the company’s sales and marketing activities. She joins Aspiration Group from Silverstone Circuits, where she spent two years as head of sales. She was also previously director of sales at De Vere Hotels and director of sales and marketing at The Belfry, where she worked with Aspiration Group CEO Simon Wordsworth.

Wordsworth said: "We have known Amanda for some time and we have always been impressed with her professionalism and her dedication - and since I worked with her previously she has gained further experience which will be of huge benefit to both her and the Aspiration Group in her new role."

Macchi added: "I thoroughly enjoyed my two years at Silverstone where I was privileged to work with some great people and to broaden my experience at another world-famous venue. But the chance to work with the team at the Aspiration Group - which has such an outstanding reputation and track record - was too good to refuse.

"I'm looking forward to hitting the ground running and will be keen to speak with existing customers and potential clients to see how we can help them, as we look to continue our impressive progress."
