Butlins launches teambuilding experience with Diversity from Britain's Got Talent

Butlins Conference & Events has launched a new teambuilding experience where delegates can learn to street dance with Britain's Got Talent's Diversity.

Diversity will lead delegates in learning a variety of classic street dance moves ‘adapted and devised with business teams in mind’. The routines will be composed of energetic but simple steps, teaching delegates an enjoyable routine set against a soundtrack of fast tempo music.

Ashley Banjo, Diversity’s head of choreography, said: "The sessions we have crafted are by no means meant to be daunting or intimidating; that is not the aim. Instead we wanted to create all-incorporating classes that anyone can try, no matter what their individual abilities may be. The goal is to build relationships through dance and ultimately to have a laugh with the people you see and work with every single day, outside of the sometimes stifled office environment. I cannot wait to see the CEOs in suits giving it all they’ve got!"

Simon Jones, national sales manager at Butlins Conference & Events, said: "At Butlins we are always trying to think outside of the box to bring our delegates something new and exciting in this ever-evolving marketplace. We are always looking for ways to change perceptions about where and how conferences should be held and we believe this new offering with Diversity helps to prove this."
