VocaLink, a payment systems company, will hold its annual conference for more than 600 delegates at the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham, with the evening celebrations taking place at the Orchard Eco-Hotel.
Zing Events delivered the event for VocaLink in 2014 at The Heritage Motor Centre in Warwickshire, with 550 delegates in attendance.
Charlie Berry, event director, said: "We're thrilled to be delivering VocaLink's main event of their calendar for a second year. This follows on from a successful 2014 for Zing in which we delivered a number of teambuilding and brand events for VocaLink, one of which won an award.
"Nottingham seemed the logical choice when we pitched our venue suggestions, as it has a number of fantastic transport links, and provided a reasonable mid-point between the VocaLink offices in the North and South alike."
