The activity allows groups to collaborate to create their own production of the Bugsy Malone show. KDM has already delivered the activity for one client using Alton Towers as the event location.

KDM’s commercial director, Nicky Whyman, said: "The teams really embraced the whole experience. It’s fantastic for breaking down barriers. Singing, dancing and acting are great stress-relievers and participants came away feeling really energised.

"The sense of collaboration in working toward a common goal has obvious corporate resonances and the opportunity to share images via social media makes it a highly motivational event."

The activity is suitable for large teams for either a half-day or a full-day event and can be applied to a maximum of ten teams. It can be delivered in any location large enough to allow for rehearsal space, including conference rooms, and green screen shooting means the background is irrelevant. KDM also sources the choreographers, singing coaches and costume and make-up artists to help create the production.

For full-day events which include evening entertainment, dining rooms can be dressed as Sam’s Speakeasy Club where the teams can view the full production over dinner.
