Mohtadi, who was previously director of operations at Itch, will join Innovision at the end of April. She will head up the operations team and be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the agency.

Claudia Douglass, co-founder and managing director at Innovision, said: "We do not underestimate the importance and influence that this role holds within our agency, which is why we are thrilled that Mona is joining us. Mona’s natural enthusiasm and her intuition made her the standout candidate over 60 suitable rivals. We cannot wait to welcome her."

Mohtadi said: "I have admired Innovision for a number of years as among an elite group of agencies that consistently deliver outstanding work for brands. Its reputation for creativity and exceptional delivery was a huge motivator and it was clear when meeting with them that we shared a common passion for excellence, talent and development. I’m looking forward to meeting all of the team and supporting the agency as they continue to grow and raise the bar."
