Dukes Oceana hotel and residences to open in Dubai

Seven Tides will open Dukes Oceana, Dubai hotel and residences on Palm Jumeirah in the first quarter of 2016.

The five-star hotel and residences are located on the trunk of Pal, Jumeirah, ten minutes from Dubai Marina and Sheikh Zayed Road, and 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

The hotel will have 273 rooms and features a range of meeting facilities including an executive lounge, private business suites and conference rooms. Other facilities include a private beach, indoor pool, outdoor infinity pool, state-of-the-art gym and a number of different restaurants, as well as bars and a champagne lounge. 

The residences are comprised of 227 studio and one bedroom apartments with full access to the leisure facilities and support services.
