Hagan joins Crown with 20 years of industry experience, having previously been a freelancer for agencies including Jack Morton Worldwide, FremantleMedia, Imagination and Aspect. She has worked for clients including BP, Fiat, Marks & Spender and Unilever.

Simon Hambley, director of live at Crown, said: "Rosemarie’s accomplishments to date in the industry strengthens our team’s overall skillset and her vast sector experience will add to the value we deliver to clients. Our commitment to high levels of client service and originality in the work we produce remains at the forefront of our objectives. Rosemarie’s appointment further supports this and in addition enriches our capabilities as an integrated, full-service creative agency."

Hagan added: "Joining Crown during its time of growth is exciting and I’m eager to bring my skills to complement the collective experience of the existing team in delivering innovative solutions for clients. I look forward to the creative challenges and working with the team to produce truly cutting-edge events."

Last month, Crown announced it had hired Gavin Haughey in the newly created role of operations resource manager.
