The new KH Suite will be a versatile, 167sqm meetings and events space, with private boardroom and outdoor terrace, capable of hosting up to 200 delegates for a reception. The venue also offers The Library, a smaller space ideal for board meetings or private dining for up to 20 guests.

Following the addition of 25 new bedrooms, The Lodge Hotel will have grown in 40 years from a nine-room guesthouse to a 77-room hotel, featuring the Hide & Seed restaurant, gym and various spaces for eating, drinking, meetings and events.

The property is also accredited with BREEAM Excellence for sustainable design and build.

Its third generation owner, Ben Hirschfeld said: "To be taking The Lodge into this developmental phase, following an update to the rest of the hotel through extending and adding 25 bedrooms, is an exciting step in the evolution of the hotel. it was important the new spaces are both future proof and sustainable."
