This is a newly created role at the agency that will see Haughey take responsibility for scheduling and coordinating resources on projects and pitches.

Haughey joins from TMB where he was responsible for managing the events and video teams as director of marketing services.

Simon Hambley, director of Live at Crown, said: "Maintaining our high levels of client service and delivering sustainable profitability is at the forefront of our objectives. Over the past 12 months Crown has seen nine new people join the team and we are now pleased to have Gavin on board with us.

"His well-rounded events experience will no doubt add more value to the way we service clients and as we continue to strengthen our team, we look forward to creating even better relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations on projects."

Haughey said: "I am excited to have joined Crown and I look forward to working with all members of the team, continuing to deliver on Crown’s fantastic reputation for exceptional work. This is a unique opportunity for me to bring in my experience to help maximise outputs and impacts and grow the success of the agency."
