Paris hotel Sofitel Le Faubourg reopens with new meeting spaces

Parisian hotel Sofitel Le Faubourg has re-launched following an extensive re-design, which includes two new meeting spaces.

Interior designer Didier Gomez, who has worked with Louis Vuitton, Dior and Kenzo, has taken inspiration from neighbouring high fashion houses in the Saint-Honoré district to model the hotel’s new look on a Parisian couture house.

In addition to two new flexible meeting rooms accommodating up to 50 people for seminars, conferences or showrooms, other facilities at the 147-room property include a bar, library and spa.

Triple Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alleno has designed the menu at the hotel’s new restaurant, STAY, which features a communal sharing table and a pastry library showcasing the chef’s best-kept secrets.
