Coulter and Agency Coulter, which serve associations, not-for-profits and corporations, will now be MCI’s platform in the United States, responsible for its association management, meetings and consultative services there. The partnership is also intended to further MCI’s ability to deliver locally to senior influencers and decision makers in associations, corporates and governments.
The merger has created a ‘global brand’ of more than 1,800 professionals across 31 countries, which is ‘more than double the size and reach of its nearest competitor’.
Coulter and Agency Coulter will now operate as MCI Group companies, though they will continue to use their brand names. All executive leadership will remain unchanged.
