The DMC Advantage appoints sales director from AlliedPRA

The DMC Advantage has appointed former global sales director at AlliedPRA, Simon Burleigh, as sales director.

The appointment follows AlliedPRA’s recent restructure that resulted in the winding down of its European operations.
 
Burleigh will be responsible for driving strategic sales efforts and client development for the company. He has 15 years of industry experience and seven years working for event agencies including Grass Roots, Universal CIT and McGarvey Russell. In the past Burleigh worked with managing partner of the DMC Advantage, James Dowson, at MM and Company.
 
Dowson said: "Our combined experience, extensive destination knowledge and above all our long-standing strong client relationships makes us a formidable team. I am delighted Simon is joining The DMC Advantage, dedicating time to client development, while solidifying relationships with key clients in the UK market."

DMC Advantage first launched in September 2014 and has since partnered with seven DMCs.
