Manchester United legends Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville's Hotel Football will open its doors opposite Old Trafford next Monday (2 March).

The 133-room, four-star property is located opposite Manchester United's stadium and is run by GG Hospitality, set up in 2013 by former Manchester United teammates Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville.

Stuart Procter, managing director of GG Hospitality, said: "The announcement of the official opening date and the sneak peak inside what is one of the UK’s most unique hotel developments, is the next major milestone in this project. I’m looking forward to taking our very first bookings."

The hotel will offer six meeting and function rooms capable of hosting up to 500 delegates, including the Players' Lounge, which offers catering designed by double-Michelin-star chef Michael Wignall.

Matchday experiences with bespoke corporate hospitality packages will be available, and an 11th-floor rooftop football pitch – Heaven – with retractable roof can be privately hired for events for up to 200 guests.

The property will also house the second Café Football restaurant.
