Specsavers will return to ICC Birmingham for its L&D Seminar this month (February), Management Seminar in March, National Partners Seminar in October and PAC Conference in November. It will also hold these four key events at ICC Birmingham in 2016.
The Specsavers National Partners Seminar 2014 and Awards Evening took place at ICC Birmingham from 5-7 December and marked the brands 30th anniversary.
Company founders Doug and Mary Perkins rode round ICC's Hall 3 on a motorcycle and sidecar, before heading on stage to open the conference.
Some 1,400 delegates attended business briefings by senior leaders on strategy and new developments during the day, before the hall was turned around for the awards evening and dinner.
Amadeus was responsible for the catering at the event, while the in-house team at ICC provided the event's technical support.
Amanda Hibbs, business event manager for Specsavers, said: "The 2014 Partners Seminar was particularly successful – the day ran smoothly and the content was well received. The turnaround of Hall 3 for the evening event was a huge challenge, but was really well managed and the transformation was astounding."
