The acquisition has allowed Wyndham to expand its managed portfolio by nearly 40%, as Dolce Hotels and Resorts has a portfolio of 24 properties across seven countries in Europe and North America.
Wyndham Hotel Group intends to maintain the Dolce brand and its signature service, technology and food-and-beverage products as part of its existing portfolio of brands.
