Maritim to open conference hotel in Mallorca

Maritim Hotels will open the four-star Maritim Hotel Galatzo on Mallorca's Costa de la Calma on 1 March this year.

The 172-bedroom hotel will have eight rooms available for conferences and meetings, ranging in size from 38sq.m to 426sq.m. The largest event space has a capacity for 390 people and offers mountain views from panoramic windows.

Other features of the property will include an outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, two restaurants, a lobby bar with outside terrace, and a poolside snack bar.

The hotel will also feature a Mediterranean-style spa with whirlpool, Finnish sauna, cold and hot water pools, steam room, foot massage service and themed showers. There will also be a range of fitness and wellness activities provided for guests to take part in.
