Butlins' Bognor Regis resort hotel is undergoing a £2.4m makeover as part of the brand's ongoing investment in its conference and events offering.

The Shoreline Hotel, which marked Butlins’ transition from traditional chalet accommodation to bespoke hotels almost 10 years ago, will be given a full internal refurbishment in time for Easter, with the first 80 bedrooms opening for bookings by mid-February.

Each of its 160 bedrooms will be given a new nautical theme and several Nelson’s State Rooms with panoramic sea views and balconies will be created. Other new additions include ‘walk-the-plank’ lifts and deck-themed corridors.

Located adjacent to the Bognor Regis seafront and opposite the Shoreline Conference Centre, the hotel offers a convenient base for delegates.

The resort itself can be booked exclusively for conferences and events and hosted 70 delegates for beauty brand Elizabeth Arden's annual Christmas launch conference as featured in the current issue of C&IT.
