The new development will see a 244-room hotel, a 155-room hotel, and a 120-room hotel constructed, all in the vicinity of tourist attraction the Titanic Belfast.
A spokesperson for the Titanic Quarter said that there were long-term plans to develop another four hotels in the area. These would range between three and five-star properties with interest being sought from local, national and international operators.
This news comes shortly after Titanic Quarter chief executive David Gavaghan revealed plans for an 84-room luxury boutique hotel and casino in the waterfront development. A name and operator for this hotel are also still under discussion.
