The AGM will take place at etc.venues Monument on 22 January and will be opened by current ABPCO chair Jennifer Jenkins.
Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group Inquiry into the events industry, de Bois will then speak on the competitiveness of business tourism in the UK, and what opportunities exist to attract large business congresses to the country.
Business writer and humorist Browning will conclude the AGM with a speech on how organisations can use "intelligence, initiative and imagination" to tackle any core issue.
"Having both Nick de Bois MP and Guy Browning join us at the AGM will ensure an interesting and enjoyable event for industry professionals," said Jenkins.
"The event itself will provide attending members an opportunity to network as well as continue to learn from the presentations and discussions. The AGM is an integral part of our calendar year, allowing us to reflect on past successes and plans for the future."
