Chewton Glen is a multi-award-winning hotel and spa located on the edge of the New Forest, minutes from the south coast. Set in 130 acres of Hampshire countryside, the five-star property offers 70 bedrooms and suites, including 12 unique, luxurious Treehouse suites that were built in 2012.

Its much-lauded spa offers more than 60 treatments, a 17m swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steamroom, Jacuzzi and gym. Other leisure facilities include a par-3 golf course, croquet lawn, four tennis courts and an outdoor heated swimming pool.

Dining and drinking takes place either in the 160-cover restaurant, which boasts a variety of private areas, or in Tinkers Bar. The Pool Bar is another lighter eating choice.

From meetings to celebratory events to incentives, Chewton Glen has a wide variety of options. There are five tech-enabled meeting spaces, four that accommodate between 12 and 20 delegates boardroom-style and one larger room for up to 140, theatre-style.

The Treehouses can also be used exclusively as a special package, with two suites available for meetings and a further ten for accommodation.

On-site incentive options include clay shooting, archery, golf, duck-herding, croquet and segways; while off-site, groups can try 4X4 driving, mountain-biking or teambuilding in the New Forest. The venue's proximity to the sea also offers a multitude of water-based activity options, including sailing, powerboating and Zip Cats.

Wine-tasting, cocktail-making and themed parties are among a number of more sedate, indoor options, while treasure hunts and It's a Knockout-style events are two of several more group activities that can be arranged.

C&IT's two-day Corporate Forum takes place at the venue this week, with spaces still available. Click here for more information.
