According to accounts filed on Companies House, Adding Value recorded a retained profit of £156k on revenues of £5.5m in the 12 months leading up to 31 March 2014.

In addition, Adding Value CEO Randle Stonier announced that the agency will be moving to a new office in Richmond to accommodate new staff ahead of a 2015 recruitment drive. The agency currently employs 30 full-time staff.

Stonier told C&IT: "Adding Value has gone through the period of getting the business off the ground and getting it established and now we're looking ahead to the next 5-7 years.

"The move to Richmond is a key part of this. We spent two years trying to find a new location and we feel that Richmond is going to do more to retain key people and attract new staff. Securing new talent on both a senior and operational level is definitely on our radar in 2015.

"Next year, we need to invest more in marketing ourselves as we look to grow our pipeline and retain our key clients."
