The partnership was confirmed after Touch Associates completed an investment in DBMT to become a minority shareholder in the business.
Touch Associates managing director Patrick Collins and director Nick Bender will now sit on the DBMT board whilst DBMT owner David Bottrill will take up a role on the Touch Associates board.
Collins said: "This is a perfect opportunity for both our organisations to strengthen the offer in the market place with complementary services, as well as provide new clients for each other to maximise their relevant industry sector portfolios.
"We have a strong portfolio of healthcare clients, all of whom we can now offer employee-wide reward and recognition schemes, in addition to tailor-made incentive programme activity."
Bottrill added: "We are very strong in the automotive sector and want to add more creative communications capability, as well as applications in the digital world; Touch has tremendous talent in that arena.
"Neither business will be changing its company name, office locations or losing any staff;the move is all about collaborative growth"
