Morgan, who has been at the agency since 2003, will be responsible for finding and developing new talent in both the experiential and event marketing industry.
Morgan’s previous role at TRO was senior account director where she worked with a selection of the agency’s leading clients, including Nike, Lucozade, BMW and Shell.
Sian Bates, client services director, said: "We strongly believe it’s our people that set us apart in the industry and we take the training and development of our talent very seriously. Nicky will not only be responsible for finding the best talent to join the TRO family, but she will also lead our internal training programme."
Morgan added: "We already have a number of new positions that have been created on the back of some new business wins. I am looking for a range of talent, from account executives, through to account directors, working across a number of our clients."
