"I run six to seven events a year and this will remain the same in 2015. Budgets will remain the same, but we have to spend sensibly in line with the company's Spend Smart initiative.
"We will look to do more video messaging in between events to communicate with staff as it is more engaging than written material.
"Swinton's annual Kings and Queens incentive will continue with a European trip because the company knows how important it is to thank staff with bucket-list destinations."
