"The events team has organised more than 300 events in 2014 and this is projected to increase in 2015. This will be from our expanding global remit whereby we are now strategic advisers on Cushman & Wakefield events in the Americas and the Asia Pacific region, as well as EMEA.
"Budgets are being discussed at board level at the moment and are predicted to slightly increase for 2015.
"We are focusing on innovation and new technology at events and exhibitions, as well as looking at potential global sponsorship opportunities in order to align and develop our event and exhibition offering and differentiate ourselves from the competition.
"Our key challenge for 2015 is to continue driving innovation but with continued budgetary pressure and factoring in ways to measure the all-important ROI."
