Organised by Haymarket Events, in partnership with C&IT and Event, Event 360 beat off a strong shortlist of six, which included the Ideal Home Show and the IM Festival, to win Best Event Experience.
Commenting on the event, last night's judges said: "This inaugural event certainly ticked all the boxes for our judges. They praised the format for showing flair and clearly providing real value to the participants.
"Clear and strong themes ran through this informative and interactive event which was perfectly pitched, perfectly paced and perfectly executed on the day."
The one-day event debuted on 5 June at London’s Tobacco Dock’s and was attended by more than 250 corporate and agency event planners, as well as a host of exhibitors and suppliers.
An array of educational sessions and panels took place throughout the day with EE’s senior event manager Kelly Phillips and Twitter’s head of brand strategy Will Scougal both delivering engaging seminars whilst a 'Creative Catwalk' offered a quick-fire showcase of new and fresh suppliers.
Event 360 also made an impression on social media, with the #Event360 hashtag trending on UK Twitter during the day.
C&IT and Event editor-in-chief Yasmin Arrigo said: "We are delighted to have created the winning experience with our inaugural Event 360.
