More than 60 event professionals, including representatives from Red Bull, Advent Software and ASOS, gathered at the new Mondrian London hotel at Sea Containers House, London, on Monday night (24 November) for C&IT's Brand Book Live.
Following a drinks reception in the Rumpus Room, with amazing views over the River Thames and St Paul's, attendees took part in round table dinner discussions covering six key industry sectors: automotive, financial, food and drink, IT & telecoms, pharmaceutical, and retail.
On Tuesday night (25 November), Visit England hosted its Winter Showcase at the Barbican Centre, London, which was decorated throughout with an 'Alice In Wonderland' theme. Representatives from cities and counties from around the country were there to meet guests to share information on their C&I offering, as well as their local delicacies.
Gleneagles Hotel hosted C&IT at a festive celebration on Wednesday night (26 November), in association with Ruinart Champagne, at Moët Hennessy's London office. The event featured Champagne tasting and a demonstration from executive sous chef Paul Devonshire on how to make a range of Christmas-themed canapes.
Also on Wednesday C&IT joined Triggerfish PR, who represent the likes of Zibrant, Unique Venues of London and Lime Venue Portfolio, at its annual pub quiz at Hawksmoor, Shoreditch.
Finally, HP, Apple and Microsoft distributor Westcoast appointed Corporate Innovations to run a UK-wide campaign called 'Inkonomy Drive' to showcase HP's latest range of printers to resellers, which ended on Friday (21 November).
