On 15-16 November, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre held its largest ever event with the G20 Leaders Summit, which attracted 4,000 delegates and 3,000 media representatives across the two days.

Eurostar celebrated its 20th birthday this week (17-18 November) at the National Centre for Circus Arts in Hoxton, with 800 guests attending both days of the event.

Organised by Wonderland and the rail company's internal communications team, guests were treated to visual representations for destinations including Paris, Brussels, Lille, London, Marseille and Amsterdam. The Paris performance was themed around fashion and models, while the Amsterdam one featured a show from dancers in clogs.

Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) invited more than 75 travel buyers to its thought-leadership client event, CWT UK Exchange, at Royal Horseguards Hotel, London on Tuesday (18 November), which included keynote speeches from industry experts, breakout sessions and a panel debate.

The event was moderated by BBC Breakfast presenter Steph McGovern and speakers including Stephen Humphreys from British Airways and Travelport's Simon Ferguson.
