Hyde will take over the day-to-day running of the Lincolnshire-based venue-finding agency from its founder and owner Jacqui Kavanagh.

Hyde left the Barbican Business Events team in December 2013 after ten years, during which time his team achieved record-breaking results. He is currently working as a consultant for several well-known industry organisations and is involved in the MPI UK and Ireland (Chapter President, 2009/10) and ABPCO (treasurer, 2012-present).

As part of the management restructure Kavanagh takes on the role of CEO, allowing her to focus on special projects, her position as Chair of the HBAA and the long-term strategic direction of Trinity Event Solutions.

The company has 30 staff and clients including venuefinder.com, Bauer Consumer and Leo Pharma. Kavanagh commented: "Anthony is the perfect fit for Trinity. He brings a wealth of industry experience, contacts and knowledge to the role, as well as a fresh eye.

"Anthony joins us off the back of the most successful trading period in the company’s history, making it the perfect time to seek out new opportunities and grow further. We look forward to the impact his creativity and leadership skills will bring to company," she added.

Hyde commented: "I have been a long-time admirer and fan of both Jacqui and Trinity Event Solutions. I really look forward to taking on my new role in January, working with the whole of their dedicated team and developing Trinity Event Solutions for years to come."
