Recognition Plus+, which enables employees to recognise, recommend and reward each other’s achievements on a daily basis, has been rolled out nationally after a successful trial with one of the agency’s clients.

The programme is available in four different packages – bronze, sliver, gold and platinum – to suit the requirements of different companies and can be customised to enforce specific brand values.
Features of the programme include a personalised dashboard, dedicated newsfeeds, the ability to send e-Cards, to submit award nominations and to view performance league tables in a sales environment.
Staff can spend reward points on prepaid debit cards, in bespoke reward catalogues or through digital content downloads.
