Recognition Plus+, which enables employees to recognise, recommend and reward each other’s achievements on a daily basis, has been rolled out nationally after a successful trial with one of the agency’s clients.

David Watt, Corporate Innovations managing director, said: "A peer-to-peer engagement programme like Recognition Plus+ gives employers and HR teams a deeper insight into the culture that exists within their workplace. It also boosts staff morale, as employees know their successes and effort will be formally and fairly recognised.

Both of these things are vital when creating a confident and enthusiastic workforce that is able to be successful by representing the company and delivering its reputation in the correct manner."

The programme is available in four different packages – bronze, sliver, gold and platinum – to suit the requirements of different companies and can be customised to enforce specific brand values.

Features of the programme include a personalised dashboard, dedicated newsfeeds, the ability to send e-Cards, to submit award nominations and to view performance league tables in a sales environment.

Staff can spend reward points on prepaid debit cards, in bespoke reward catalogues or through digital content downloads.
