Activate Live Events has rebranded and launched a new website to coincide with the next phase of its development.

The Horsham-based agency, which specialises in pharmaceutical and healthcare events, has seen turnover increase three-fold and grown to a team of 12 senior event specialists, since former W&O managing director Paul Bowie launched the business nearly three years ago.

The next phase of its development will see "more incisive targeting of key players" in the pharmaceutical market. 

The launch of the new brand also coincides with Activate securing the ISO 9001 accreditation, which certifies its operating procedures, and its membership of EVCOM.

Activate is retaining its original logo’s vibrant orange core colour for the new design of a flame, which is designed to symbolise "the ignition and energy that Activate injects into its events".

Bowie, managing director of Activate, said: "The new website has been purposefully designed to provide all parties interested in partnering with Activate -  clients, suppliers and event professionals - with an accurate and meaningful picture of the agency, its key assets, its values and its vision."

In 2012, Activate acquired the event management arm of The Conference People.
